Shipping policy
DELIVERY TERMS
1. We strive to deliver your purchased products as quick as possible. All orders will be processed upon payment confirmation. Currently, we only deliver to West Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak.
2. For delivery to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for every delivery address.
DELIVERY POLICY
1. Please inspect the products for any obvious defects or damages such as leakages or open seals. If there are any defects or damages detected, please contact our customer service hotline within 24 hours and return must be made within 7 days.
2. There will be 2 attempts made to deliver your parcel. If at all these 2 attempts failed, a note will be placed in your recipient’s mailbox for self-collection at the delivery counter at the allocated courier service provider (Pos Laju, JNT, GDEX & others).
3. You will receive a parcel tracking number from us when the parcel has been picked up by the courier service provider.
DELIVERY TIME
1. Confirmed orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days for West Malaysia and 7 working days for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). All delivery will be made on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding Public Holiday. If the order is made on the weekend (Saturday to Sunday) or Public Holiday, delivery will be made on the next working day. If the order is placed before 3.00 PM on working days, the order will be dropped at drop off point on the same day.
2. Rural and remote location areas may take extra 2-3 working days.
3. Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events.
STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES
1. We offer standard delivery charges on all online orders. All orders are dispatched and delivered by Pos Laju, JNT & GDEX courier service, Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
